Donation Request Form

Indian Ladder Farms Cidery and Brewery LLC believes in supporting and giving back to the community that has been instrumental to our growth. Due to the large number of requests that we receive each year, we ask that organizations meet the requirements below and follow the correct procedures to maximize the support that we can provide to our community.

List of Requirements:

We will donate strictly to charities with a federal tax ID number. We are unable to donate to individuals or any other groups. Requests not that do not include a tax ID number will not be considered.
We are committed to supporting our local community and are only able to support organizations in New York State with priority to those in our direct community.
Please submit your request at least one month (30 Days) in advance of the event to be considered.
Please allow 2 working weeks for evaluation and response. In the event we are unable to participate you may or may not receive a response.
Requests submitted with missing information will be automatically discarded so please take the time to answer all of the questions.
Any donations given will be required to provide an electronic copy of a federal tax ID number prior to pick up.
We ask that your organization please provide a volunteer to pick up any donations at the brewery. Please note that arrangements to pick up donations must be made in advance
